Email support@zuriapps.com from the address you bought with. That’s all we need. You don’t have to explain why, though a line about what didn’t work helps us improve it.

What happens next

We refund the full amount to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card provider, usually a few business days.
