These terms cover your use of spiralreset.app and your purchase of Analytics Spiral Reset (the “guide” and its templates), sold by Zuri Apps Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the site or buying the guide you agree to them. Payment is processed by Gumroad, whose own terms also apply to the checkout.
What you are buying
A PDF guide and a separate pack of fillable and printable templates, delivered digitally through Gumroad. Nothing is shipped.
Your licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, fill in, and print the guide and templates for your own use. Please do not resell, share, upload, or redistribute them, or pass them off as your own. If a colleague or friend wants a copy, they can buy their own.
What it is, and isn’t
The guide is a practical tool for creators who get pulled into their analytics. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for professional help. We do not promise any particular result. How much it helps, and how quickly, is different for everyone.
Refunds
Purchases come with a 30-day refund. Details are on the refund page.
Ownership
The guide, templates, text, images and design on this site belong to Zuri Apps Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Buying the guide does not transfer ownership of any of it.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access anything you are not meant to. We may update, change or remove the site, the guide or its price at any time. Changes to price do not affect a purchase you have already made.
Liability
The site and guide are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page applies to new purchases from that date.
